Shipping Policy
Welcome to OLK STUDIOZ. Each piece we offer is meticulously crafted with care and intention. We kindly ask you review our processing times and delivery options before placing your order.
We provide two categories of products: At the moment all our items are Made To Order, which require up to 14 working days for processing. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped. Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Our made-to-order are crafted specifically for you based on your unique order details and measurements. Therefore, these items are non-refundable. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase to determine if exchanges are available for your item. If exchanges are offered, they may incur additional costs for extra tailoring and labor.
ONE-OF-ONE & PERMAN COLLECTION ITEMS
For our one-of-a-kind pieces and permanent collection items, we provide refunds or exchanges. - Requests must submitted within 14 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are available for UK orders only. - International orders can be returned for a refund only. If you need a different or item, please return your order for a refund and place a order.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us within 14 days of your order.

CONDITION OF RETURNS
Returned and exchanged items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn, with no marks, stains, or scents
We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear or are not returned in their original condition.

REFUND PROCESSING
- Once your return is received, we aim to process it within 3–5 working days.
- Please note that your payment provider may take a further few days to reflect the refund in your account.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

If an item is confirmed as faulty, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
We will provide you with a shipping label to return the item.
